I upgraded to the new iOS 16.5 on my iphone and it put a passcode on content and privacy. I cannot control certain things on my phone without a passcode. What can I do?

Hi tinacarleon,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you might be seeing a Screen Time passcode. If you do not know what the code is, use these steps to reset it:

1. Go to Settings > Screen Time.
2. Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again.
3. Tap Forgot Passcode?
4.
5. Enter the Apple ID and password* that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode.
6. Enter a new Screen Time passcode, then enter it again to confirm.

See more about those steps here: If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

Thanks.
