Forgot my Apple password

I forgot my Apple ID password. I have tried everything to figure out how to reset it, it nothing seems to work.

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Hello! Have you followed each step outlined in this article?: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support.

If so, and you still cannot log in, there’s not much more you can do. You can create a new Apple ID here: How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support.

When I download app and such I have my phone set up to ask me for my apple password. Now, I have forgot my apple password and I can not find a way to reset the password. I have been on apples website all morning and Google and cannot find a solution. Basically you need the original password that you can’t remember in order to change to new password. HELP!!🥹🥹🥹
