How do I cancel or dispute charges on apple pay that were made by my nine year old son on a Minecraft gaming app that was deceptively advertising as Free Mine Coins?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Know that all charges made on your account, even from children, are your responsibility. Refunds may be given but are not guaranteed.
