If you did not receive an email using the Hide My Email feature, first ensure you followed the most relevant section from this article to set this up: Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices
If this is how you set this feature up and you are still not receiving any emails that are forwarded, check your junk or spam folder next because these incoming emails might have been sorted into those folders.
