I’m sorry but I did not read the description, but if You turn the Watch on and it says locked to an iCloud account then yes it is possibly stolen or the person who you bought it from has not taken it off of there. Find my app.

Yes! You should be able to check where your watch is on the Find My app.
I don't think you quite understood the question. The person who started the thread wants to know if there is a way to see if a watch he's looking to buy might be a stolen Apple Watch. He doesn't own it yet. So he couldn't possibly track it using Find My.
We wouldn't have any way to know whether an Apple Watch is stolen. And Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen devices, so Apple can't tell you.
Buyer beware. Unless you can see the watch in person and know without doubt it has been prepared properly for you as a new owner - DO NOT BUY IT.
Daily, people come here who have been scammed and there is no hope for them. They may as well have thrown money down the drain as they are the proud owners of totally useless watches, which they can NEVER use. Again, if you can't see the watch in person and see it is truly ready to be paired to a new iPhone, DON'T BUY IT.

I can’t find my Apple Watch
Not for certain, but ones sold for an unusually cheap price, by online sellers with little or no track record, or random people on the street are likely to be.
