why is my watch still vibrating when its on do not disturb

To confirm, is Do Not Disturb specifically enabled on your Apple Watch, or your paired iPhone?

1. Touch and hold the bottom of the watch face. Wait for Control Center to show, then swipe up.
2. Tap the Do Not Disturb button , then choose an option. You can manually turn off Do Not Disturb or set it for a period of time, so it automatically turns off.

Also, is the Apple Watch vibrating for notifications? Or something else such as a timer or alarm?

This looks like a bug that is still not fixed. Sleep focus is on in iPhone and is mirrored to watch. Watch shows that sleep focus is on in control center (when I press the side button). Yet it still lets text message and calls thought on the watch so they cause a haptic buzz and wake me up, even though the phone is silent.

Did this ever get resolved? Happening to me too
