I am trying to recycle an old iMac and had provided all the information on the online form. However, the vendor involved will not accept my street address and gives me no opportunity to confirm that it is, in fact, correct. (The correct address to which Apple delivered the new computer, I might add.) The closest Apple Store to my home is about a two hour drive away. I seem to be stymied.

You might be able to send it to Apple (instead of the vendor) for recycling.

Google search for a local E-Waste Recycler and drop it off there.
Nothing anyone can do here about making a vendor accept your address as valid.
I think the issue here is how to get the vender (ERI) to accept my valid address. Apple Support has not been helpful.

We're users just like you and have zero influence over random vendors. Well, no more than you have.
