If by use you mean "support", then you will need to update your Mac to a more recent version of macOS is possible that has a newer version of Safari that Chase can work with, or get a different browser that is supported by Chase and still works on your Mac.

What model / year of Mac do you have? Is it the MacBook Air in your device line with macOS 10.14?

Same issue. Can't use Chase w Safari. Unfortunately my 2014 Mac mini Software Update is stalled and won't provide any updates. Tried force quitting all apps and restarted my Mac and relaunched software update. But no luck getting any updates (just spinning forever). I also tried optimizing storage by deleting files and data. I now have 1/2 terabyte avail. But still no ability to do any software update. I'm currently running Big Sir OS X. And my Safari version is 14.13. Any options? I heard about restarting in Safe Mode to do updates but I don't know how to do that

A 2014 Mac mini can upgrade to macOS 12 Monterey but no further. Monterey can however run the current Safari version which should let you access Chase.
