How to download Apple Card Transactions into Quicken

For all my other credit card and banking accounts I can directly download my transactions into Quicken where I can manage all of my finances in one place. Some older companies use the former QFX format to get transactions, but it seems the only way to get transactions downloaded from the Apple card is via PDF file? Is that true? If so that's useless and does not nearly satisfy the need.

Is there another way to integrate with Quicken that I'm missing?
