Fotor Design Pro Not Working

I tried to open Fotor Design Pro+ and it won't let me use it. I paid for a 1 year subscription for the Pro+ package, but I cannot access anything. Their support said to trash the app, restart, then re-download the app, but I have done that several times, NO change. I cannot open any past designs. Even though it says I am signed in, it brings up a window to sign in to use it, ridiculous. I have tried several times to get help, but they are useless. I have canceled the subscripton and reported fraud and quality issue, but have not heard anything.

I can only suggest that you make sure the version you are downloading is compatible with your version of macOS. Otherwise try to get a refund:


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


Or.....If you bought it directly from them, ask them for a refund.
