Apple Card and Apple Cash do not use loyalty points. Apple Card, currently only available in US, pays cash back and the cash goes directly into your Apple Cash account. Apple Cash is a prepaid digital debit card. There is no physical card and the funds in Apple Cash can be spent using Apple Pay at merchants that accept Apple Pay.

Hi, I am from Malaysia and I followed the video you shared, I am unable to find the "Cash" in my wallet. I can only see my Credit Card and no Cash at all.

So, I assume, in my country, this Apple Cash loyalty points system doesn't work then. Am i right?
