I am not sure I get it when you say "I can't unlock my MacBook Air"....



Are you booted up and logged into your user account?


If it is an AppleID Settings issue— sign out of AppleID and back in again(?)



Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

if no insight to your issue— try logging into a Safeboot to sort anomalies, make changes and reboot as normal.
