Apple typically provides two types of beta programs: public and developer. The latter would be something that you would be formally invited to by Apple and/or belong to the Apple Developer Program. The former can be accessed by the general public.

It has been my experience that Apple starts the Developer program before they open up public betas. For the public betas, you will just have to wait until Apple announces that it is available.

Don’t run any beta on any iPhone that you need to work and work reliably, and with any local data you need available and consistent, and with any iCloud data you need available and consistent. You should expect to need to wipe contents of the device or the Apple ID, and without being able to restore a backup, if something goes wrong. And things can go wrong.

Also from past experience, no banking apps will work.
