Delete exercise minutes

Accidentally left a workout going on my phone for three days!

Fitness now thinks I worked out over a 1000 hours!

I have deleted the work out in the Fitness app.

I have deleted all of the exercise minutes in the Health app (it took me the better part of an evening, as I had to delete each minute from each hour for three days.)

The most bizarre part is that the Fitness app shows the correct number of minutes in the bar graph, but the rings are wrong (see picture)

I have reset my watch, both from a backup and as a new watch.

I have restarted the phone and the watch.

Nothing is working. I need help!

The offending workout has already been deleted. I have literally gone into the Health app data and deleted all the incorrect data, but it’s not changing the rings. So, for instance, in the picture below June 5 shows 80 minutes of exercise. That’s the time I spent at the gym. But if I go and look at my rings for June 5, it says 829 minutes of exercise.
