Hey there gadjet72032,

We'd like to help by providing the steps to take for what we think you're asking:

  1. If you're looking to change the default web browser on your iOS/iPadOS device, the steps above your post show how to do this: Change the default web browser or email app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch This other article shows how to do the same thing if you're using a Mac: Change the default web browser or email app on Mac
  2. If you're instead looking to change the search engine used within Safari to Bing, you'd do this by going to Settings > Safari > Search Engine. If you're using a Mac, this is done using the steps listed in this third article: Change Search settings in Safari on Mac

If these things aren't what you're asking about, provide us more details, and we'll go from there.

Cheers!
