Hello Sanjeev.Vyas,

When you're on an iCloud storage plan, you pay by the month so each billing period is 30/31 days. If you change your storage plan you will still have access to the full storage for the reminder of the billing period.

So say for example your previous iCloud family storage plan billed you on the 1st of the month, and then today you switched it to the 5GB plan. Since you already paid for the month, you will still have access to that full storage amount until the end of the June. Then on the 1st of July when your storage plan goes to renew, it will change down to the 5GB plan.

If you go to Settings > name at the top > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Change Storage Plan, it should show you what date that old plan expires on.

Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan

Cheers!
