Forward calls to another device

Hi can i put a number for receiving calls on other device if the iPhone was closed

I tried it actually in my iPhone but it will forward all calls even if the iPhone was working while i want only to forward the calls when me iPhone closed or out of coverage

Anyone have an idea about this?
