Hello 196nicethings,
Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you.
To clarify, are you seeing this on individual photos or somewhere else? Would you mind describing the exact location you're seeing this? Also, is this the only place you've noticed the additional language?
If you haven't done so yet, you might want to restart your iPhone. This simple action can correct many issues that come up with your device.
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
Another good suggestion is to make sure that you've installed the latest iOS release. You can check to see if you've updated to iOS 16.5 in Settings > General > About > Version. If you haven't updated yet, please be sure to create a new backup before installing this latest iOS release.
