As long as the iPad is using the same ID and also has iCloud services activated, it should appear automatically. Sometimes there might be a slight delay. If you do not see the upgrade click on this link to read about about trying different ways Check your iCloud storage on any device - Apple Support


You can also try restarting your device or signing out of your account and back in again


If you still have problems, click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product.
