iCloud Login pop-up everytime i try to log into my MacBook

Hello guys.

I bought a used macbook, and although the previous owner formatted it, when I enter it asks me to login. in macbook settings is my icloud that is associated. if i click cancel it doesn't ask anymore until i turn my macbook back on. how do i remove this popup? Or does it have to be the previous owner? is there any way to see which accounts are on the Macbook? I've seen here on reddit a way to see the accounts through the Terminal, and this account does not appear, only mine.

Hi joaoandre23,

To clarify, have you put any data onto the computer yet? If not, the easiest resolution is to erase the Mac again and either set it up as new or use Migration Assistant to migrate your data from a backup or your old computer.

If you have data on there or are otherwise unable to erase the Mac, we'd recommend testing the issue in safe mode.

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

If you're prompted with the same login request, what specifically is the text in the message? Omitting personal data such as a name or email address.

Let us know and we'll follow up from there.
