Just got a new iPhone 13, all updated but am unable to receive photos from Android user. Able to receive photos from other iPhones. My MMS and SMS are turned on and still won't receive. My phone has the current update and I have rebooted it several times without any luck. Can you help me with this?

MMS is a phone carrier feature, contact yours to resolve the issue.

Also, AT&T said that with the new 16.5 iOS update, the eSIM should be activated for that, so they helped me do that for our phones.
