How do you turn off do not disturb completely

Go to Settings/Focus. Tap on each of the focuses and remove it, except for DND, which you cannot remove. Open DND and turn off Scheduled if it is on.

Then open the Control Center and verify it is off with the button circled in green in the image below (not the word Focus):

To turn on/off Do Not Disturb from Control Center:

1. Open Control Center on your iPhone or iPod touch, or on your iPad.

2. Touch and hold Focus, then tap Do Not Disturb.
