Updates are a one way street and you can't go backwards.
What do you see in Settings>Battery>Battery Health & Charging?

Troubleshoot whatever problem you're having.
At 80% of the battery it turns off and on again at 10%, I attach it to the charger and after a few minutes it's at 75/80 but if I detach it it doesn't even let me call
