Ecg not working?

I reported a fault with my watch approx 8 weeks ago for this same problem and it has not as yet been resolved, I am sure its the crown as I am experience lots of problems all related to the crown. The ECG is not working and various other app unexpectedly pop up on their own.

I reported my problems online, you go on support and contact technical support and report the issue. I have been having issues with my series 8 watch for many months and reported a fault over a month ago and I am still waiting for answers and can’t not use several parts of my watch.

I suspect it is just a question of getting the right "feel" for how to hold your finger on the Digital Crown. 

Wrong to javaliga…..it was easy to get an ecg reading until a month or so ago. Now it’s very difficult to get a reading. It feels like there an issue with the sensor in the crown.

Hi Dodge1t….Can you please tell us how you reported the problem? I will report it as well and Christina845 probably will also. Hopefully they will get enough complaints to address the issue.
