Personalized message for do not disturb

I’m trying to figure out how to make a personalized message that will show up whenever I have my phone on do not disturb. I looked up online and the closest thing I could find was from two years ago. The girl walked through the video very easily. it is easy to understand all that but the things that were showing up on hers is not showing up under my do not disturb and I don’t know if it’s because I have a newer update or what I’m just trying to figure this out and if it’s even available anymore

Showing silenced notifications to other users in messages My husband sent me a screen shot of a text message I sent him which say I had my notifications silenced. My phone is not in Do no disturb mode or focus mode or any other mode that would do this. I have even gone through and deleted and set “do not disturb” modes that I did have previously (like nighttime). However it still is showing the same message to him and other people. Do Not Disturb Someone informed me that when Do Not Disturb is turned on it is displayed in my messages. Is there way to turn that off in the sense that if and when someone tries to text me they aren't informed that my Do Not Disturb is currently turned on?
