Our developer account membership is expired since 25th May 2023.
I have agreed agreement also but while I am going to renew membership from my iphone and mac I got following error and also attached screenshot for your reference.

From previous discussions around here, you'll need an email-format Apple ID and not a mobile-number-format Apple ID, and will need an associated (preferably major) payment card and not an Apple ID account balance or an Apple gift card. If those are not the issue here, contact Apple Developer Support, and discuss this with them.
