Over charged with subscription

I am not using iphone currently and in past i was and i have subscribed the icloud storage but when i move to android i have cancelled my subscription but on my statement i can still see that i am paying tge subscription £1.79p. I would like to stop this please.

I have moved 2 years ago and been paying every month from 2 month.

If you used these instructions:--> Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan but Apple is is still asking you for money, I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=ikb&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=21084

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
