Iphone stops ringing after 1 or 2 rings

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16.5

Attention Aware features are disabled.

If this happens when I take the phone and face it, OK.

But this happens when I have this phone in pocket! When I am in loud environment I keep missing phone calls!

With phone of this price?

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing > Auto Answer Call [Off]

Well, colleague just told me, that it is an important feature, that will make me buy Apple Watch :)
