Install macOS
Good afternoon! I have a new MacBook Air 13 , I did erase all information. Now I need instal macOS Big Sur . Please help

What version of macOS came with your new MacBook Air? Did you purchase this laptop new directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If it did come with a later version of macOS than Big Sur, you will not be able to install an earlier version.
