Why is my location always differently wrong whenever I log on with my Apple Id?

Hard to answer with what you have told us. It may depend upon how your location is being determined, what equipment you are using, your Internet service provider. If, for example, you are using a computer, the location may be based on your service providers networks which could even be off by a state or so. Or maybe how they map their local network. I know mine says sometimes one city and sometimes another.
