We aren't sure what you mean by clearing your redeemed codes, so we'll address a couple of possible issues.
• If you are experiencing an issue with redeeming your Apple Gift Card code, this article will help. Just find the error message that you see when you try: If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support
• If you are trying to remove the balance on your Apple account from redeeming codes so you can change the country for your Apple account, you will need to spend your balance until you have less store credit than the cost of a single item. Then, contact Apple Support to clear it as outlined here: Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
