I have no trouble adding a payment card to Apple Wallet, but I can't add any kind of ticket, membership card, etc. Even when there is an "Add to Apple Wallet" button. I keep clicking the button but nothing happens. This has occurred with numerous tickets, membership cards, etc.

If you haven't already done so:
You could try re-starting your iPhone... will delete temporary files etc., and will often restore order if something is not working right.

The only other requirements that come to mind:
When setting-up Apple Pay, Apple says:
"Make sure that you sign in to iCloud on all your devices.
On your iOS device, you need to set up Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode".

I'm in the good old USA and there are no instructions on the pages involved apart from the "Add to Apple Wallet" button. I am dealing with two pages here, and I supposed it's possible that they are both faulty pages. Otherwise, it's hard to understand
I have the same problem. I click on a "add to apple wallet" button and it goes to safari, but nothing else. It does this with tickets and now a gift card. If you resolved your issue, please post it here. Thanks!
