How can I get my contacts and calendar from my one IPhone that is from a company to my new iPhone personal iPhone with different Apple IDs

I only have one Mail account. Can these lists be combined? The two iPhones should be essentially signed in with same Apple ID and password on the same network to sync , contacts / calendar .
