Keychain

My keychain is on but when I go to view a locked note it pops up with a notification to enable it when it is already enabled, What do I do?

Locked notes asking to turn on Keychain I had a locked note on this phone, then the phone had to get backed up and sent in to get repaired. Since then, after logging into my apple ID, it said I needed to turn on Keychain to access the locked notes, even though keychain is already on. Tried restarting my phone, and turning off and on keychain but none of it worked. Haven’t seen any other forums on this.

I don't remember the password of a locked note Is there anyway around this? I can’t get into that Locked note! This is so frustrating !! Apple new update options for old locked notes reset passwords! [Re-titled by Moderator]

Locked notes is not opening it is saying to turn on icloud keychain and it is already on but still not working
