Frozen /locked screen and unresponsive passcode.
Need help, my ihpone7 touch ID does not want to unlock my phone, and the passcode doesn't want to activate because the screen is frozen and does not respond

Try a forced restart of your iPhone 7: put it on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these intsructions:--> Force restart iPhone
