Hello amey148,

Make sure that you followed these steps from Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support on how to upgrade your iCloud storage:

How to upgrade on your iPhone or iPad
1. Go to Settings, then tap your name.
2. Tap iCloud, then tap Manage Account Storage or Manage Storage. Or scroll down and tap Upgrade to iCloud+.
3. Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
4. Choose a plan and follow the onscreen instructions.

Once those steps are complete, you can check the storage by tapping on Settings > [your name]. You should see "iCloud" and the amount of storage for the plan that you are currently on.

Go ahead and restart the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If you are still not seeing the right amount of storage, we would reach out to Apple Support here: Get Support

They will be in the best position to assist further.

Cheers
