how do I turn off school time on my kids Apple Watch from my iPhone?

Upon reviewing the article above your post, we see that it includes a screenshot of the Watch app on your iPhone, and it shows a toggle switch for enabling/disabling Schooltime next to the section 'See Schooltime reports'. Here's the link again just in case: Use Schooltime on Apple Watch

If you test disabling it from the same location on your iPhone, please check if it also disables it on your kid's Apple Watch.
