How to return Apple Watch I found to owner?
i have iwatch, its not my... someone lost it... i leave the serial number because someone reset it and i dont see the owner contact

Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen devices and this is a user to user only forum, so we can't help you reunite the watch with its rightful owner either.
I do want to thank you for wanting to the right thing. Really, it's refreshing.
Turn the watch over to either the lost and found where you found it or the local authorities, with the hope the person who lost it, filed a police report.
Again, thanks for being a good person and wanting to do something nice for someone else.
