Every single time I start a workout, it stops after 10.5 seconds and it will never display my heart rate. I've tried every work around I've seen on here (tightening band, cleaning back of watch, updating the settings, not wearing over tattoo) and nothing seems to work at all. Is it possible that something is wrong with my watch?
you need to check everything is correct, say, my watch 4 would always show heart rate 120 when lying down at home, the same with Ultra… the culprit was my Polar running heart belt in the drawer To which both devices connected somehow, after separating polar reader from the belt apple watch was giving normal rate.
Try and restart your watch and both your paired iPhone to see if the problem is persisting
