Hi. Last time i did backup was in 2022 April and today i accidentally installed ios 17 beta and then did backup. Unfortunately, i cant use this ios beta version on my Xcode and i need to downgrade it to ios 16.5. i wonder if there is any way to keep my data and use my last backup to restore it?

No. You will not be able to use the backup made while running the beta after you revert to the shipping version of iOS.
See this link for guidance. If you made a backup before you installed the Beta software, you can restore from your backup --> Unenroll Your Devices

I think you were supposed to make a backup BEFORE you installed. You may need to contact Apple directly for help.

There is no way right? what u think is it worth do download xcode 15 beta? if i downgrade my ios version i'll lose everything
There is no way around that.
As far as whether it’s worth downloading the Xcode beta, that’s a call only you can make.
You should have paid a bit more attention. Don’t know how someone ‘accidentally’ installs an iOS beta…

Beta software is intended for testing. One should NEVER EVER install beta software on a production device. If you rely on your device for day to day use, do NOT install beta software. it is inherently buggy and unstable. That’s the entire purpose of a beta, to shake out bugs.
Thank you Tim. That part, I didn’t quite understand. I knew it was buggy, but not to what extent. (If it would interfere with the daily use of my iPhone, or not.)

I don't beta test. I only have 1 iPhone, 1 Apple Watch, 1 iPad and one MacBook Pro. I need them ALL to work without hiccup. If I install beta on my device and something doesn't work, that's just not good for me. So I wait for the public release and let other brave souls test for us all.
