Pages advance too slowly

I just built a 21-page Keynote project that no one is happy with because many pages advance so slowly that the user thinks it's locked-up. Calling on you power users out there — what are the critical factors determining how slowly Keynote performs?

This file is 140.2 MBs in size. Is that big for a Keynote file?

You're right that the images were too big. I've scaled them down to the minimum, and even made the 2 video files stream from a link instead of being embedded. The Keynote file size is now only 26 MBs. But it still advances slowly for me (64 GBs of RAM), and it's crashing on everybody else (16 GBs of RAM) I don't even know if RAM is an issue.

It's been a long time since I'd built a Keynote presentation, but I just don't remember it being so trying.
