"Error message 702" while installing Photoshop on MacBook Pro

Trying to install newer version of Photoshop on an old MacBook Pro running Catalina OS, error message 702. Tried all the suggested fixes. Anyone have any suggestions

The odd thing about all this is that these problems only appeared after I installed Ventura 13.5 on my Mac (which was four days ago) - something that with the old software this had never happened. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it :)
