How can my macbook pro autoboot ventura?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.4

If it is off and disabled, that may be because you have FileVault enabled. You cannot automatically log in with FileVault active. If you hover over the off button, it will pop up a reason why it is disabled.
