Bootcamp stuck in partitioning disk

Hi, I’m trying to install Windows through the Bootcamp Assistant and everything’s good but it has been stuck for almost a day in “Partitioning Disk”. I have an IMac Late 2015 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 1TB with 793 free storage space, macOS Monterey.

I opened the Disk Utility just out of curiosity, found “cccoma_x64fre_es-mx_dv9” with a 5.83 gb capacity.

More than likely the hard drive in your iMac is worn out or even failing. If it were me, I would first verify the health of the hard drive by running DriveDx and posting the complete DriveDx text report here using the "Additional Text" icon.

Before trying to install Windows again, make sure to have a good backup of your computer just in case something goes wrong since modifying partitions on a drive is always a risky endeavor.
