Extra-large AirPod Pro eartips

I can barely get a good seal with Apple's largest eartips for the AirPod Pro 2, and they fall out far too easily during exercise. I've tried just about every version of memory foam replacement eartip available from Amazon. Comply eartips, which has worked well for me with my Sony and Sure IEMs, fall out during exercise. 3rd party wings help to keep the AirPods in place, but they don't help in maintaining a good seal.

The one thing that seems to work is a hack I developed on my own. By inserting a pair of o-rings (7/32" and 1/4" by 1/16") around the neck of each Apple silicone eartip, the AirPods do tend to stay in place and I get a much better seal, although I have to reposition them quite frequently during exercise to maintain that seal (See attached photo). The AirPods do still fit in the case, although I have to firmly push them down to ensure that they charge.

Is anyone aware of a better solution out there for those of us with large ear canals?
