I'm not sure if your using an app like snapchat that shares your location to your friends or ex wife but it could be find my. Go to the find my app and click on people if your not on it. Then it will show you who has access to your location. You can remove them by clicking on the person's name. Scroll down and click "Stop Sharing My Location".
