p35-imap.mail.me.com error message

Never had this happen before but neither my Mac or iPhone can send or receive mail. Got the above error message on my Mac today. Any ideas what this is about? Worked fine earlier today and I haven't done anything with my Mail app.

Mail keeps giving me this error Connections to the server “p72-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out. Ever since the update I have been getting this error on my MacBook Pro, OS Ventura 13.1. I have restarted my modem and router. Restarted my computer and no matter what I do, after a few minutes I continually get this error. There is a small triangle with an exclamation point inside. Lately, it does not allow my mail to give a preview of content. This is very frustrating. I would appreciate any help in this matter. It is just on my Mac and not on my phone nor IPad.
