How do I get a new SIM card?
I removed my SIM card from my old iPad as I was going to give it to someone else then I changed my mind. Do I have to get a new SIM card if I have lost the first?

You can't just give a SIM card to someone. If you no longer wish to use that telephone number, you must report to your carrier. That SIM card is registered on your name, which is also your trusted phone number that is linked to your Apple ID.
If you lose your SIM card, contact your carrier.
