Unable to download Photoshop Beta. Download fails at 92%.

I am running Mac OS Monterey 12.6.5 on a MacBook Pro. I am trying to update Photoshop Beta; however, each attempt stops downloading at 92% with a message that it failed.

Previous to these failed attempts to download the updates to Photoshop Beta, I had no problem the older version of Photoshop Beta but now the older version no longer opens.
