Issue with iCloud Passwords for Chrome

When I try to open iCloud Passwords in Chrome it says that I need to «Enable passwords in iCloud for Windows to use iCloud Password with Chrome». But I enabled this setting in iCloud for Windows.

So I can't get the verification code and enter it.

I tried to reinstall iCloud for Windows and iCloud Passwords extension for Chrome, re-sign in Apple ID, restart PC and other advices from internet. It doesn't work.

Little update. If I try to open the standalone iCloud Password app it works.
